Fiasco SLAM Racks provide unparalleled protection against the harsh conditions of the road. Each one is precision cut and crafted by our team in Cambridge, New Zealand, using top-of-the-line Penn Elcom hardware.
Each sub-frame is suspended in a Penn R8800 anti-vibration shock mount, cushioning your gear against even the most significant jolts. The result is a SLAM Rack that increases the lifespan of your valuable touring equipment.
Ball corners add further strength and structure to your SLAM Rack by shielding it against any direct punches it may encounter on the road. The overall rigid structure of the SLAM Rack also means it won’t trapezoid over time.
All four doors were developed to open outwards and stow away alongside the outer walls of the case, rather than through the center.
This innovative design creates an open wall between the racks to allow your cables to remain patched in and pass freely from one rack to another - left to right, at any height, even when the doors are closed.
In addition to the open center of the SLAM Rack, each rack features plenty of breathing space around the top, bottom, front, and back to help increase airflow around your gear and reduce the risk of overheating.
The 12Eight Double SLAM Rack 32U features two 16U Racks that can fit up to 32 units, making them the greatest companion for all the big jobs, especially when different parts of your gear need to talk to each other in harmony without fighting against a messy, disorganised setup.
Eight wheels stop your case from tipping, tackle any additional weight, and prevent buckling in the rack's center. This makes moving your Double SLAM Rack to and from shows really simple, speedy, and safe.
The additional stacking cups and wheels also mean that these racks share the same footprint as the rest of the Fiasco truck pack system, allowing you to stack road cases or SLAM Racks on top of them, no matter the size or footprint.
